How a home visit works

- We come to you the same day, at a time you choose, with the testing machine and the scale.
- Purity on the karatmeter, weight on the scale, today's rate written down, all at your table. The three multiply to the total where you can check it.
- You are paid in cash or by transfer, there and then. If the number is not right, the gold stays with you.

Questions people ask before a home visit
Is the test at home the same as at the shop?
Yes. The same karatmeter and the same scale come with us. You see the purity reading and the weight before any number is discussed, and the day's rate is written down in front of you.
Do I have to sell once you have come?
No. There is no charge for the visit or the test, and nothing to sign until you decide. If the price is not right, the gold stays with you.
How and when am I paid?
Cash or a bank transfer, at your table, in the same visit.
