Finding the door
We are near French Arcade, on Sector 16B Road in Greater Noida West, which people also call Noida Extension.
- Landmarks. French Arcade is the shop complex on the Sector 16B road, on the Gaur City side of Greater Noida West. Ek Murti Chowk and Gaur City Mall are the two points every auto driver knows; ask for Sector 16B from either.
- The door. Look for Shop 25. If you cannot spot the board, call from the arcade and someone will come out to you.
- Parking. Two-wheelers stop in front of the arcade. Cars park along the Sector 16B road, as for the other shops there.
- By metro. There is no metro in Noida Extension yet. Come to Noida Sector 52 (Blue Line) or Sector 51 (Aqua Line) and take an auto or e-rickshaw towards Ek Murti Chowk and Gaur City. Buses on the Kisan Chowk route stop nearby.

What to bring
- Your gold, in any condition. Broken, bent, tangled, one earring of a pair. None of that changes what it weighs.
- One photo ID in original. Aadhaar, PAN or a driving licence. The purchase is recorded against it, so bring the card itself rather than a copy.
- The bill, only if you happen to have it. It makes no difference to the valuation.

What happens at the counter
Your gold is cleaned and tested on the karatmeter with the display facing you, weighed on a scale you can see, and the calculation is written out before you agree to anything. If you agree, you are paid the same day in cash or by bank transfer.
Before you come in
Which ID do I need to bring?
One government photo ID in original: Aadhaar, PAN or a driving licence. Every purchase is recorded against the ID of the person selling, so a photocopy or a photo on your phone is not enough.
Do I need the original bill?
No. Purity is measured on the machine, not read off paperwork. A bill is welcome if you have it, but nothing depends on it.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you can walk in during opening hours. Calling first is still worth it. You will know the day's rate before you travel, and we will know what you are bringing.
Can I bring several pieces at once?
Yes. Each piece is tested and weighed separately, because purity can differ from one to another even within the same set.
What if I decide not to sell?
You take your gold and leave. The valuation is free and there is nothing to sign before you agree a number.
