What causes a second trip, and how do I avoid it?

Most second trips come from five small things.

No photo ID. We need one before we can buy. Keep your Aadhaar or another photo ID with the gold. If you forget it, see what happens if you do not have your ID.
A piece left at home. People remember a second bangle after the first is weighed. Gather everything you might sell before the slot, even pieces you are unsure about.
A family member who has to agree. If the gold belongs to a parent or to both spouses, they should be there or on the call. Nobody should feel pushed.
